okay i need to know, does the lake goes pretty deep?

I’m currently playing this seed and imo it’s the best starting seed. The lake goes down to -46 and once you’ve lit up the island, there are no mobs at all. Not even drowned because it’s so deep. Directly below is a trial chamber and I’m farming all of the trial spawners for keys, golden carrots, health potions and food. I used the high connecting chamber to build carrot, stick and paper farms one on top of the other.
The only negative about the seed is that there’s only one mansion within 10,000 blocks.
