This seed is impossible
This is impossible in so much ways. An example: mushroom biomes only generate as islands. But I think there are many more combinations that just cannot generate. And even if this was actually possible, the chance to find something exactly like this would be astronomically low.
There is a seed like this I use for my forever world. The mushroom islands are all about 1000 blocks from the coast. (Bonus: end portal is in one of the mushroom islands, where I built an outpost.)
It has icey mountains you can see all the biomes from in the center.
Just got to work or I’d share the seed. It’s easily findable as “smallest all biome seed”
The mainland has 4+ villages and 2 outposts (at least on Java)
I’ll post when I get home.
Mushroom Fields can’t generate other land biomes together, but, Mushrooms are located in Dark Forests.
Ur post got answered by a bunch of morons thinking you want exactly this instead of a seed that has most biomes closeby and not a million blocks off each other

consider this seed in the link above as it should cover the basic question you asked for which is pretty much every biome in very close proximity
This certainly doesn’t solve your “not too much ocean” request, which as others have explained is impossible if you want nearby mushroom, but if your main goal is a good mix of biomes and features, I found this while looking for seeds on chunkbase. At least ocean makes travel to other biomes easy
