Ppl will pick the weak but gentle god at first (becoz they felt safer and wont get punished too badly if they do something wrong) – but when big problem arise and the weak god cant do much to help….people will start to blame the weak god , then people will go to the strong but ruthless god for protection (knowing the strong god will be very strict with them).
Ruthless is not them, they care for their people in their own way, they do everything because they are scared of losing them. But like welt in hsr said human will always have to keep moving
