Reminder that Bangboo were made to process Carrot Data and help guide people through hollows. A little bundle of joy to help people during the most dark and apocalyptic moments of their lives. Granted these days it's easy to forget that Zenless is set in an apocalypse. No longer do we have the stories we can piece together exploring the hollows finding Bangboo that have died saving people.
I'm sure she'll be extremely interested in us and the HDD, and especially how it allows us to control Eous.
I wouldn't be surprised if she's the reason that Pyrois comes about.
Just like Zhuang Fangyi and her chubby lung fascination.
That's actually why she SUPPOSED to be cool and cold, in other way this cute little detail wouldn't work on contrast with her personality

Bangboos are supposed to be just robot assistants but Joyous modified one in order to track hollow anomalies making it possible to calculate anomalies automatically.. proxies used to calculate it by themselves.. he then named this invention Carrot, probably a nod to bangboos looking like bunnies, and how you feed information to the bangboos in order for them to calculate routes..
