Ironically the best character for Shear Cold isn’t the the guy wears pants and a partly furry coat, But a Girl from the desert that isn’t dressed for mountain weather at all ( Dehya ).
Dehya’s second passive talent ( Lv.70 / 80 + i believe ) When her HP is less than 40%, She will recover 20% of her Max HP and will restore 6% of her Max HP every 2s for the next 10s. This effect can be triggered once every 20s.
So if you stack enough HP on her She will Never die to Shear Cold. Which is good for exploration ( Till you have to fight something )
I had the same thing with Venti cause I remember a playthrough wherein after his quest he actually joined the team (player prolly got him beforehand) 😭🙏
I’m extremely stupid but when I started 5 years ago from today, I thought that if you get a five star on the standard banner, you can’t lose your 50/50…I have NO idea how I came up with that…it technically worked..😅
Not a lie but my stupidity was there's a time when i choose to hold back my primos because i thought Hoyo will eventually give me those banner characters if i done the quest or when the time comes
