【スタレ】世界一シンプルな超序盤スタートアップガイド【崩壊:スターレイル】- Honkai: Star Rail Beginner’s Guide –

Oha-Ienashi! This video is “I started Honkai: Star Rail” But I know nothing about it Actually, I don’t know much about other mobile games either So this is A “super” beginner-friendly World’s easiest to understand Startup guide By the time you finish this video You’ll think “Okay” Now I just need to run through the main quest We’ll share the bare minimum info In a super simple way Let’s get started right away Download the game, register an account, and start When you start the game After a movie plays Combat suddenly begins HSR is turn-based command battle I’ll explain the battle system all together later For now, just do what you’re told Move when you can take action Basically, this diamond mark is the destination So head toward it There are exploration elements But the rewards for each are minimal So basically just chase the diamond mark Combat is symbol encounter By pressing the attack button when in range You can launch a preemptive strike However, while this quest required combat Basically you can avoid all avoidable enemies Conversation scenes can be auto-advanced or skipped HSR’s main quest— —called “Trailblaze Mission” Is incredibly long Feel free to skip as you see fit
(Though it’s also complex, so try your best) Breaking green boxes on the map recovers HP In other words HP doesn’t automatically fully recover after combat
(By the way, knocked out characters don’t recover either) If HP is low, break green boxes Here you can set the gender and name Of the protagonist “Trailblazer” The name can be changed later But gender cannot be changed, so choose carefully You’ll move to a screen where You can check character status But we’ll organize and strengthen them later So ignore it for now Opening treasure chests along the way gives various items These are the so-called gacha currency 160 of them lets you pull once As I mentioned earlier Items obtained from chests and other exploration Are minimal in number So just grab them if you can Along the way, character formation Character leveling And separate from leveling, “Traces” Which strengthen character parameters and skills Various tutorials will pop up But we’ll organize and strengthen later So just do what’s mandatory and ignore the rest Along the way, approaching this blue device “Space Anchor” Activates the Space Anchor Once activated, you can Fast travel to that location
(With keyboard & mouse, press M key) It unlocks automatically by approaching But you need to get surprisingly close for it to unlock So make sure to approach properly when you see one Note that approaching a Space Anchor Also recovers character HP and knocked out status When a character is knocked out Just fast travel somewhere randomly And they’ll revive, so remember this Along the way, you’ll obtain a “Light Cone” In HSR’s world, this is a “weapon” You’re forced to equip it But as usual, we’ll arrange things later So no need to prepare beyond that Depending on when you start the game Here you’ll suddenly get the strongest supporter “Dan Heng・Permansor Terrae” For free The “Dan Heng” currently with you Will become “Dan Heng・Permansor Terrae” Much later in the main quest after various events But you get that version of Dan Heng first Despite being free, he’s extremely powerful We’ll add him to the party and strengthen him later Furthermore, depending on when you started A mysterious character will suddenly give you gacha tickets And under the guise of a gacha tutorial You’re forced to pull once We’ll pull many more later, so be patient Here you receive one item called “Stellar Jade of Companionship” This lets you select one character From several designated 5-star characters and obtain them free Basically my motto is “Pull characters according to your preferences” But if you don’t care about that I recommend the supporter “Ruan Mei” as she’s Very powerful This video will explain things assuming you got her Here we’re about to fight enemies, so let’s form a party Oh, but before that, open the mailbox And receive what you can 20 tickets is super generous, so don’t forget
(What you get will vary by timing) So, for party formation Keep the protagonist Trailblazer and add “Dan Heng・Permansor Terrae” and “Ruan Mei” we just got These two are powerful And will stay with you until the latest Trailblaze Mission Placement order is fine either way
(Strictly speaking there are differences, but don’t worry) Normally you’d need to fill the remaining 1 slot But now Himeko is force-joined due to an event So this is fine Now we have roughly assembled The operational characters to blast through the story So along with HSR’s combat system Let me introduce how to use Dan Heng and Ruan Mei
(Those who read the tutorial can skip as needed) Combat proceeds in the order shown On the upper left, with enemies and allies mixed Players have 3 things they can do Basic attack, combat skill, and ultimate – these 3 First, basic attack can be used anytime Second, combat skills can be used By consuming 1 SP shared by the whole party SP recovers by 1 each time someone uses a basic attack Third, ultimates can be used when The EP set for each character is fully charged EP charge level can be identified by the color here A tip for selecting attack targets Each character is assigned an element For example, Trailblazer has “Physical” element “Physical” element is
Represented by a white icon Enemies also have icons above them These are the so-called weakness elements Attacking with the corresponding weakness element Not only reduces the red gauge = HP But also significantly reduces The white gauge = Toughness You win if you just deplete the red HP But depleting white toughness Also reduces HP, delays enemy actions And provides various other bonuses So if possible, actively exploit weakness elements And reduce toughness too Now, how to use “Dan Heng・Permansor Terrae” First, when combat starts, use Combat skill once Target an attacker character
(In this case, Trailblazer or Himeko) This gives the designated character An attack power buff and also Gives everyone a shield (stackable) Shields take damage Instead of HP So just having this greatly stabilizes the battle line If this white shield is Sufficiently covering the whole party, use basic attack If shields are thin, use combat skill To reapply shields Next, how to use Ruan Mei Like Dan Heng, when combat starts Use combat skill once This gives party-wide buffs increasing damage dealt, etc. Effect duration is 3 turns When these lights on Ruan Mei disappear The buff effect has worn off So use combat skill again to reapply the buff While the buff is active, just use basic attack So basically, both Dan Heng and Ruan Mei Use combat skill once each at the start of battle In other words, since they use 2 SP Other characters should start with Basic attacks to accumulate SP And as mentioned in the tutorial Ultimates can be activated by pressing the button Once EP is charged, whether it’s the enemy’s turn Or another ally’s turn, interrupting anytime Basically for all characters, including Dan Heng and Ruan Mei Use them immediately when fully charged If you just remember this about combat You should be able to reach the latest patch Not requiring much player skill during combat Is unique to HSR’s turn-based command battle On the other hand, if you neglect prep (character development) You won’t be able to win at all, which is also HSR So we’ll strengthen each character later (not yet though) For the boss battle, if you fight with the strategy I just explained You should defeat it easily Note that there’s a red circle at the upper left of the boss HP If there are 2, it means at that point There are 2 HP bars worth
(Another one appears after depleting one) (As you can see) Here Himeko leaves, but ignore it Here you’re forced to play the weekly roguelike content “Simulated Universe” Here auto-battle is unlocked It moves characters nicely So basically use auto-battle for mob fights
(Boss battles can’t use auto) In “Simulated Universe” you collect “Blessings” Enhancement parts gradually as you go deeper But for now, collect whichever you want Note that “Simulated Universe” Is not required to progress Trailblaze Missions So you can skip it for now
(After playing this time) Along the way, “Assignments” Optional missions will be unlocked They’re not super rewarding So you don’t have to work hard on them Just receive rewards for missions You naturally completed Along the way, Pom-Pom the conductor (cute) of the Astral Express Will give items according to your current “Trailblaze Level” Trailblaze Level is Separate from individual character levels It’s the overall camp level By accumulating points called “Mileage” earned from completing quests You can raise your Trailblaze Level At this point, you’re probably Around level 8 So get what you can get These rewards are quite nice So in the future, whenever you level up Occasionally visit Pom-Pom (Hey! Hand over the goods! Jump!) Here the friend function is unlocked If you have nearby strong Trailblazers Meaning HSR veterans Send a friend request based on their UID Your UID is written at the bottom left of the screen Having just one strong friend Dramatically changes the efficiency of the daily tasks I’ll introduce later If you have connections, make friends Here you land on the first planet “Jarilo-VI” Come to think of it, I forgot to do this So I’m doing it at this awkward point From the menu’s “Travel Log” You can check currently running events Basically don’t worry too much about those And just push forward with Trailblaze Missions But among events There are those that give gacha tickets without doing anything Or those that give tickets based on Trailblaze Level So take a quick look And get what seems obtainable Also, here we’ll do character formation and strengthening again To organize the current situation We have Trailblazer, Dan Heng・Permansor Terrae, and Ruan Mei These 3 are strong characters who can be active until the latest patch We also want a strong character for the 1 slot where Himeko left
(Dan Heng isn’t that strong) Also, Trailblazer will later become more of a support role And Dan Heng (・Permansor Terrae) and Ruan Mei are both support-oriented So here we want to add a strong attacker To possibly get a promising attacker Let’s pull gacha here So Let me briefly introduce the gacha system
(By the way, in HSR, gacha is called “Warp”) First, there are 2 types of gacha tickets Silver tickets and gold tickets Gold is for limited characters and limited weapons Gacha tickets Silver is for regular characters (permanent characters) (and weapons) Gacha tickets These 2 use silver tickets The 5 in between use gold tickets
(This may vary slightly by timing) First, for those using gold tickets If there’s no favorite character you want to pull now No need to force yourself to use them For reference, I’ll introduce what these 5 are It’s this lineup But no need to memorize it If you’re not attracted to The currently featured characters Save gold tickets for your future favorite On the other hand, for the 2 gachas using silver tickets We’ll pull these quickly this time What are these? Both have (roughly) the same contents Gachas for pulling certain 5-star characters (or Light Cones) Unlike those using gold tickets The pullable 5-star characters don’t change by timing (Strictly speaking, slightly different, but I’ll omit that) So saving them is meaningless Use silver tickets quickly For the first time only, until you pull your first 5-star character You can pull gacha with a 20% better rate So first, put all Current silver tickets into the top gacha Attacker characters you could replace Herta with are Himeko, Welt, and Clara – these 3 Pulling 50 times guarantees a 5-star character And they might appear before then, but… This time, none appeared So reluctantly, from the characters on hand We’ll form an attacker character So who’s the attacker? There’s a rough way to identify them Each character has the “Physical” I introduced earlier And “Fire” and other “Elements” assigned In addition, each has one “Path” Like a class assigned to them Among these Paths, Destruction, The Hunt, and Erudition
(There are exceptions though) Are clearly attacker types So decide on 1 person to develop from your roster Among the characters you probably have now Herta is the best option So I recommend forming Herta In this video, I’ve formed Dan Heng (the regular one), but let’s use Herta instead Depending on timing, there may be free 5-star giveaways Or even without that, as you progress through the story Silver tickets can be obtained in various ways So if you get a good character Remove Herta and use that character Once you’ve decided on characters to form Strengthen those characters First, raise all characters’ levels to the maximum of 20 When raising, just rely on this auto-select button There are no materials you shouldn’t use So use them without worry Next, equip Light Cones (weapons) randomly Light Cones also have “Paths” set And you get a bonus if it matches the character’s Path From Light Cones with matching Paths Just equip the highest rarity one Next, “Traces” For now, level up everything you can level up Along the way, it might ask “Can I convert wildcard-like items?” But it’s fine to convert them Just use items without hesitation This alone should make you much stronger Here, one of the daily contents is unlocked We’ll have to do this later So ignore it for now and proceed During map exploration There are purple boxes in addition to the green boxes I introduced Breaking these recovers “Technique Points” It was in the tutorial But I’ll mention it in this video too Before combat, by pressing the specified button You can use Techniques by consuming 1 Technique Point And gain advantageous effects in the next battle
(Effects vary by character) These Techniques can be activated by multiple people simultaneously For example, switch to Ruan Mei Use her Technique Then switch to Dan Heng and use his Technique In the next battle, both Dan Heng’s Technique And Ruan Mei’s Technique will activate simultaneously You don’t need to constantly deplete Technique Points by firing them diligently (you’ll win anyway) But don’t forget to use them when fighting strong enemies …Since there’s this Technique system When Technique Points aren’t at max (currently 3) It’s good to actively break purple boxes
(This time it was at max, so no need to break them) The “Consumables” tutorial appears But I’ve never used them while progressing through Trailblaze Missions So no need to be aware of them Here suddenly, unless your Trailblaze Level is 13 or higher You can’t proceed with the main quest If you’ve been progressing without looking away for 1 day You’re probably around Trailblaze Level 10 So do dailies or side quests To earn “Mileage” points And raise your Trailblaze Level Dailies are most efficient So play the dailies unlocked earlier
(Called Calyx: giji kagaku) There are tons of options But don’t worry too much, for now Just select the top 2 evenly by day Simply put, from the top Materials for developing characters Materials for developing Light Cones (weapons) Credits (money) These are dailies for obtaining And there are just 4 blocks of these combinations To introduce the differences between blocks If it’s the top one, you can also get Growth materials for people related to Amphoreus (the planet) The 2nd one is for people related to Penacony And so on… At least Dan Heng・Permansor Terrae is “A person related to Amphoreus” So for now, from the top one (Amphoreus) Select the top 2 that let you collect Materials for developing characters or Light Cones (weapons) To do it once requires 10 Trailblaze Power, so-called stamina And amazingly, you can do it 24 times in a row Let’s do 24 times consecutively When forming You can send out 4 members from your own party Or you can send out 3 from your party + 1 friend’s character You can do that too Moreover, at this time, the level of the friend’s Deployable character remains as is In other words, if you become friends with Someone who has strong characters That character will dominate And dailies will end super quickly Even if you don’t have friends You can select 1 random player And deploy them (that’s what I’m doing now) It doesn’t burden the other person in any way So go ahead and select them Dailies can also use auto-battle This ease is why “HSR is suitable as a sub-game” Is what people say Still, 24 consecutive battles take a fair amount of time So during this time Please Subscribe to This channel
(It’s a channel for enjoying HoYoverse games and games in general) 24 consecutive battles are done But 60 stamina remains, so let’s do 6 more battles As for stamina, 240 PT accumulates in 24 hours And it can accumulate up to 300 PT If 300 PT accumulates Excess stamina (Trailblaze Power) Will accumulate here (Reserved Trailblaze Power) instead But when accumulating here, the accumulation speed is 240 PT in 72 hours In other words, it becomes 1/3 accumulation speed So before this reaches 300 PT overflow, once a day It’s best to play dailies and use it all up Dailies are the most efficient for raising Trailblaze Level So for a while, try to do dailies once a day as much as possible Note that stamina (Trailblaze Power) Can also be recovered somewhat by consuming Stellar Jade, which is equivalent to gacha currency But the rate is poor, so not recommended Basically only use Stellar Jade for gacha The immediate Trailblaze Mission Becomes available to progress at Trailblaze Level 13 But soon after, unless you’re Trailblaze Level 20 or higher You won’t be able to progress So the goal is Trailblaze Level 20 Until then, work hard on dailies diligently (While slowly raising Trailblaze Level)
Here “Assignments” are unlocked These are also daily content Where you dispatch 2 characters Wait about 20 hours in real time And receive items Even though I say dispatch Dispatched characters’ levels can be anything And during that time The characters don’t actually become unusable The rewards aren’t that delicious But for reasons, it’s good to do it on days you log in
(Reason explained later. Forgot to mention, but you can select anything) (While slowly raising Trailblaze Level)
Next, “Nameless Honor” is unlocked This is also roughly weekly content Every week or every period (every version) Complete designated missions Accumulate points to raise the level And receive items according to the level The bottom row requires payment But the top row can be obtained without payment If you’re playing HSR normally Missions will be completed automatically little by little So occasionally check and receive what you can Also, there’s something like a daily version of this
(Can access from “Guide” in menu) In contrast, this one is very rewarding You get gacha currency And Mileage for raising Trailblaze Level Accumulating up to MAX 500 points daily gives you the maximum amount Don’t forget to do it (resets at 5 AM daily) Among these missions, there’s one I just introduced “Dispatch once to ‘Assignment'”
(More precisely, “sometimes there is”) So even if Assignment itself has poor rewards It’s good to do it for this achievement “Synthesis” is unlocked But we won’t use it, so don’t worry While doing all this Your Trailblaze Level will become 13 or higher So proceed with Trailblaze Missions Along the way, “Relics” are unlocked If “Light Cones” are weapons “Relics” are armor For now, just equip the ones You’re forced to equip and ignore the rest Here again, to proceed with Trailblaze Missions A condition occurs “Equilibrium Level 1” is required Separate from Trailblaze Level There’s something called Equilibrium Level The current Equilibrium Level is 0 When Trailblaze Level reaches 20 Passing a certain trial makes Equilibrium Level become 1 Which means ultimately Trailblaze Level 20 is needed first So let’s do dailies and level up By the way, when Trailblaze Level becomes 15 or higher You can raise character levels to 30 Specifically, at level 20, use items to perform An action called “Ascension” Then raise the level from 20 to 30 When performing “Ascension” from level 20 An ! mark appears here, so click it For each character who reached level 20 You can obtain 1 silver gacha ticket Don’t forget to obtain them Using silver tickets collected along the way While pulling gacha little by little A 5-star character appeared But he’s not an attacker character, so not hired Too bad When you work hard on dailies and reach Trailblaze Level 20 A quest called “Trial of Equilibrium – I” Will occur, so accept it The battle in this trial is The biggest challenge for super beginners So prepare properly Specifically Raise character levels to 30 Raise Light Cone levels to as close to 30 as possible Raise all Traces that can be leveled up Equip all Relics that can be equipped And only for Trailblazer, from the “Eidolon” screen Use items on hand to strengthen So-called “dupes” can be done, so strengthen If you prepare properly up to here, you’re fine In the trial, in symbol encounter format You’ll fight 2 enemies (order is free) Make sure to use Techniques before battle During battle, Dan Heng and Ruan Mei Apply shields and buffs Try to exploit weaknesses and reduce Toughness as much as possible And you should be able to defeat them If you still can’t defeat them Make use of “Synthesis” that I omitted explaining Use items between battles To prepare yourself Also, I didn’t explain this But not only “Light Cones (weapons)” But “Relics (armor)” can also be strengthened So strengthen Relics to become even stronger Clearing “Trial of Equilibrium – I” Will make new daily menus Appear, but ignore them From now on, various New dailies will appear But to just progress Trailblaze Missions, no need to be aware So I’ll omit explanations in this video Clearing “Trial of Equilibrium – I” And Equilibrium Level becoming 1 Lets you raise character and Light Cone levels to 40 So make sure to raise them As Equilibrium Level rises Daily rewards become better But enemies become stronger, including in Trailblaze Missions So if you don’t Properly level up characters, you’ll normally get stuck So don’t forget to level up Traces should also have more that can be raised So raise all that can be raised Around here, materials may start running short Basically, large circle ones have big effects So prioritize unlocking them Also, depending on the item Some you don’t have at this point will appear Select that item to check how to obtain it And directly play the corresponding content From there “Echoes of War” or “Stagnant Shadow” HSR’s content names are complicated But don’t try to memorize them from their names When there are items needed for growth Just play content where you can obtain those items Play with that feeling and you’re fine
(Playing will naturally make you remember) From here on, Trailblaze Level and Equilibrium Level Won’t block Trailblaze Missions anymore So just progress Trailblaze Missions to your heart’s content Note that in the future, each time Trailblaze Level reaches a certain value Trials of Equilibrium will occur And clearing them raises Equilibrium Level When Equilibrium Level rises As I said, dailies become more rewarding But Trailblaze Mission enemies also become stronger So to smoothly catch up To the latest Trailblaze Missions Deliberately not taking the Equilibrium trials Is also an option, for reference (I did this) Defeating Jarilo-VI’s boss (final boss) Makes Trailblazer awaken to a new “Path” And can switch from “Destruction” Path to “Preservation” Path …Or so I thought But somehow Can also switch to “Harmony” and “Remembrance” Paths Can switch Actually, in the story ahead, Trailblazer Will awaken to Harmony and Remembrance Paths too Eventually But here you can switch to them in advance And later-implemented Paths are basically stronger So here, let’s switch to “Remembrance” Path
(If there’s one after Remembrance, that’s probably stronger) The mysterious creature Mem accompanies you, but don’t worry Just a bit about how to use this “Remembrance” Path Trailblazer To supplement At the start of battle, first use combat skill To summon Mem After that, Trailblazer just uses basic attack constantly Mem will automatically do various things on its own This “Remembrance Trailblazer,” “Dan Heng・Permansor Terrae” And “Ruan Mei” – these 3 are strong So you should be able to run to the latest Trailblaze Missions However, I repeat The remaining 1 attacker (Herta) is weak So as you continue playing and pulling gacha Or encounter distribution events If you get a strong attacker Remove Herta and switch to them After progressing a bit past clearing Jarilo-VI boss “Ornaments” are unlocked If Light Cones are weapons and Relics are armor Ornaments are like accessories For now, just equip what you have
(Don’t worry too much about them for now) With this, Jarilo-VI is cleared Once you get here Just run through Trailblaze Missions Enjoy HSR’s profound story To your heart’s content (It’s long. Good luck) Finally, super trivial Just 2 quick tips First “Exchange 5 gold tickets once a month” From Shop → Exchange Shop → Ember Exchange You can exchange 5 gold tickets every month For exchange, per 1 gold ticket 90 “Embers of Afterglow” are needed These are items that accumulate automatically as you pull gacha Probably even free-to-play players, if pulling gacha steadily Will accumulate 450 Embers per month So exchange 5 tickets once a month
(If you have spare Embers, next is silver tickets → Tracks of Destiny recommended) First advice ends here Second “Use Herta Bonds on 5-star Light Cones” The weekly I only introduced the existence of Roguelike content “Simulated Universe” As you play it steadily
(Again, you don’t have to do it) You’ll gradually get “Herta Bonds” And can exchange them for 5-star Light Cones at Herta Shop Since there are silver tickets, your eyes might be dazzled by those But clearly 5-star Light Cones are more useful So use them on those 5-star Light Cones said to be powerful are around here But this video won’t go that deep Anyway “Use Herta Bonds on 5-star Light Cones” I’ll just share that That was the introduction of 2 quick tips There are still many elements Not covered in this video But this time I narrowed it down to the minimum info For super beginners to rush through Trailblaze Missions For the rest, please research according to interest and necessity And supplement your knowledge Veteran Trailblazers If you have advice for super beginners, please comment Super beginners too If you had troubles or impressions of HSR, please comment
